I wanted the Anker c300 but heard lots of minor issues with it.
My Anker C300 AC was used less than a dozen times before it wouldn't accept a charge anymore (stuck at 0%). Anker customer service has gotten back to me about once every 24 hours, even if I respond to them in 5-10 minutes. I had to summit 2 videos (had to make an account and upload 2nd video to 'WeTransfer' (Google doesn't work in China), screenshots from their app, and answer a bunch of questions. Felt like I was being hassled just for trying to claim warranty on a product that was clearly broken.
After a week of that I finally got a return shipping label. It's currently on it's way to Anker, and If I'm lucky I might get a refurbished unit back (my unit was cosmetically perfect).
For what it's worth I really liked the C300 while it was working, and had it not been for my experience I would recommend it. I also got it for $160 when it first launched, but for $200+ I would look at other devices. Thinking of picking of this Gendome while I wait to get the Anker back.
