That's great and I'm glad it works for you. 9 out of the first 10 reviews I read said it kinks like crazy and is a terrible hose. I always read recent reviews. They could have changed it since you bought it. Just going off what I read that was posted recently.

Great deal! I had the coupon so it was under $12 before tax. Thanks!
The swiveling full sizehandle makes it so easy to connect and disconnect to a water spigot & mine doesn't leak a drop. It's probably the best hose I've ever owned.

Go to recent reviews. The worst reviews I have ever seen for a hose.
I own this hose and it's easily the best hose I've ever owned. Mine doesn't leak a drop and it's super easy to connect and disconnect to a spigot. The reviews are literally 83% 4 star or higher out of more than 110,000 reviews. 4.3 stars overall to be exact. I consider that pretty darn good actually.

You are right about that. It's possible it's been changed. Companies have been known to make subtle cost saving changes to their products over time, hoping nobody notices. I definitely wouldn't rule that out. It makes a lot of sense when you point out that it's the recent reviews that are mostly the bad ones.

Could it be all the recent reviews are for 50ft and 100ft hoses? The OP hose is a 25ft hose. The tangled mess is for the long hoses.

I have the exact same 25' hose, just in green. It does not kink at all. In fact, this is the only hose I've ever used that has never kinked.
by far the best feature of the hose is the swivelgrip on both ends. really makes it super easy to attach/detach the hose. the rest of the hose is okay.
I have the 25 foot one and it kinks like crazy. but it's still a quality hose. I do baby the hose though. I just the hose only for washing my cars and I roll it up and store it away in the garage when done.

Just FYI
I have a Flexzilla 50ft I've owned for several years and it has held up great in the brutal Louisiana sun. Best hose I ever owned for sure. I needed another 50 foot of hose this year to reach an above ground pool and I saw how much the flexzilla had increased. Harbor Freight had just sent me a 20% off coupon because I had not been in a while and I looked and they have a Flexzilla knockoff called a Niagara Premium Ultra Flexible. I bought that in the 50 foot version, normal price was $32.99 minus my coupon, I got it for $26 and change. I used it twice this week with my pressure washer and let me tell you, I like it better than the Flexzilla I already owned. No joke, it's a very strong hose, super flexible, the connection handles are what feel superior. Very well made and connected very easily to my existing hose. Time will tell if it will last but as of right now, I was very impressed and absolutely love the connections over the Flexzilla. That being said, if Flexzilla is on sale for cheaper, I'd go with either hose, depending on the best deal you can get at the time.

I didn't look. I actually own the 25' one, but I didn't purchase from this deal. My hose is almost a year old now. I am very happy with mine. I haven't owned a ton of hoses but I'd say this one is my favorite and is the best hose I've ever owned.
