I got my Baratza "like new" from Amazon Warehouse. Unfortunately it died within weeks. It appeared that there was internal damage. So I contacted Amazon and they issued a full refund without asking me to return it.
Then I contacted Baratza for a warranty claim and they sent me a new one. Turned out to be quite the slick deal.

After getting my adjustable dumbbells used from Amazon and finding them all broken with 10 year old packaging in all torn up boxes, I will never consider used items from Amazon
Does fine enough for espresso and coarse for pour overs, but the thing retains grounds unless you shake and tap it firmly, which also makes a mess on your counter
