I have the original Baratza Encore; the ESP gets terrific reviews. This is a very, very, very good deal on a legit espresso grinder.

I got my Baratza "like new" from Amazon Warehouse. Unfortunately it died within weeks. It appeared that there was internal damage. So I contacted Amazon and they issued a full refund without asking me to return it.

Then I contacted Baratza for a warranty claim and they sent me a new one. Turned out to be quite the slick deal.

I have one of these which I purchased about a month ago. I use it several times daily, to grind beans for espresso, and I am very happy with it.

This company is phenomenal and prides itself in making replacement parts. all the parts can be replaced so none of these machines see the landfill.

Does fine enough for espresso and coarse for pour overs, but the thing retains grounds unless you shake and tap it firmly, which also makes a mess on your counter

Received mine from Amazon and unfortunately it was the Encore non ESP model that was inside the Encore ESP box.... Its going back.
