2 tbs rubbing alcohol, 4 tbs dawn platinum, and 32 ounces water. Put the water in the bottle first, then add the dawn platinum. Lastly add the rubbing alcohol. If you are using the same measuring spoon, adding the rubbing alcohol last will help dissolve the residual dawn platinum from the measuring spoon.
