Yes.
I was actually looking for a 10L backpack (water bottle, 2 phones, wallet, brick & cable or two) but I guess this is as small as I can go without getting into fanny packs or those foldable kind.

I use the Daylite Plus as my travel/day bag and it's been great. I definitely wouldn't want to go smaller than that though. (5'10", 165lbs)
