I also have a coupon for "Earn $6 W Cash rewards on $30+ spent in Beauty & Personal Care" which looks like it would combine. so $21 walgreens cash. no idea what I would do with Walgreens cash.

I wouldn't buy this one. You are correct that any razor could theoretically be used but generally these are designed to reduce cuts and have better designed blades. The positive is this one hasn't cut me yet, vs others I tried. The blade does heat up fairly quickly so you dont have a lot of time. The battery life is also lacking quite a bit. Save your money and find a better option.
