Make certain to check that the serial numbers match on case and buds. People love to discard their old units that have bad batteries for newer ones. Geek squad is really bad at checking.

Would I buy a used laptop or watch? Sure.
But this product has been wedged in other peoples' ears. And those mesh screens trap a lot ear wax that does not come out.

Be careful with used, they can be DOA, or a different model, or someone's old pair they bought, swapped and returned. Also, these were in someone's ear.

Just general advice for anything used, YMMV of course.
