I think it's strong enough but you'd have to cut a hole for it to sit inside - I wouldn't risk having it on top of the grill cart, I think it would be a stability issue. One wrong bump and that sucker is going over.
I picked up this over the summer for quite a bit more but it's really stable. No table for storage obviously.
