I do have this one and it is pretty loud. My middle kid has a bedroom on the main floor and it wakes them up. You'll have to pay attention to what milk you buy if you're doing the milk frother. Skim milk basically just doesn't have enough thickness to bubble out. 1% can be hit or miss depending on the store.
Cleaning: the main core of the machine has to be cleaned every couple weeks or the grinder parts will jam up and start making really weak coffee. It will mold like mad if you go too long without cleaning the core!
Overall the coffee this thing makes is weaker than I like even when I just do a double espresso its weaker than it should be.
For the record, I enjoy mine. You do have to wash things out and do some maintenance but it's not a major deal. I've had mine for a year. If you get a nice clear glass mug, you can see the coffee/cream layers. Quite artistic n fancy!

I was holding out for a deal on the 3300, but not worth paying extra $200+ for a slightly quieter version of the same model.

I wish Costco would price match this. They have it on sale for $450. I'd rather get it from them for peace of mind.
got Philips 800 from Costco Model EP0820/04 in September (when its been on sale) for Subtotal$299.99Discount on Order-$140.00Shipping$4.99Tax$9.90Total$174.88

I have the frother stem Phillips, I pull it off after each use & rinse it and put the 2 parts in the dishwasher once a week. What I'm saying is, I personally prefer the one that doesn't keep the milk in the container. Far as quiet, you can put a towel over the machine when it grinds & that'll help. I just mentioned the frother wand / stem, so if someone is worried about cleaning.

We've had this for years, like probably 2020 or 2021. It has never failed us. I recall buying it from Best Buy for maybe 500 on a Black Friday sale back then. This is a great deal! We have an Alexa reminder to clean it every Sunday morning. Takes about 5 minutes to clean. Everyone who visits our house wants to buy one.

That beings said, there's no way this is worth 800 or ever sold for that.

This is the best BNIB price I've seen for such ever.
3200/3300 internals/brew-group are the same as the pricier 4400/4500, 5400/5500 units.

The only small pain is the occasional lubrication of one part.
