I have not found Home Depot listed anywhere.

But just to get a $15 Target card? I haven't shopped at Target in at least a year. Haven't been in a store in at least 3 years.

I had trouble redeeming this in chrome, but you can copy/paste the "redeem" oval button link into chrome and it works just fine.

Interesting DP for those with Circle credit/debit card. You get 5% off of the GC, which then comes out to $95.75 ea (I guess they take back 5% of the free $15 GC). Despite this, it still counts as $100 spend, so you only need to buy two to get the $199 spend Circle 360 offer.
