For the second year you will have to pay $930 (390+270+270) for the three lines.
I would have jumped on it if this price would roll into future years as we have excellent AT&T signal around us.

The issue is that this price is only valid for one year.

you can always port out the free flex lines including your master line for other low cost plan within US Mobile or from other carriers. The market is ultra competitive where every MVNO is fighting for a share

But if one does not want to port out at the end of one year, isn't it better to start with a deal like what they had last week for around $200+ (without free lines)? I mean if the plan starts cheaper in the beginning and the price rolls to future years, you will save more in the long run.

Agreed that one wouldn't want to go through the hassle of moving away from network to network. But if you look at the flip side, you aren't getting locked with big carriers like ATT verizon or Tmobile, which always lures customers with free offers and end up charging per line $40 or $50. USMobile natively has annual plans cheaper which would cost approximately around $250 for 12 months. So if you decide to convert your free flex lines a year later, you do have viable options and not really looking at $50 or $60 monthly rates. With this promotion, if you do the calculation, you are paying $11.25 per month per line assuming the 2nd line is used and $7.5 per month per line assuming all three lines are utilized, which is a damn good monthly rate from a decent MVNO. The parent plan also has true unlimited data and 2 free flex plans comes with 10gb data per line per month, which you wont be able to find for a 12 months period. YMMV
