People are just grumpy over that idiot Randy pitchford...but games are made by hundreds of people. They shouldn't have to suffer because one loud clown can't keep his mouth shut.
Outside of that I don't have one complaint. Even the humor isn't constant or obnoxious or cringey (ok maybe a little but in a self aware way).
I am 38% of the way through the story (progress meters!) And so far, aside from reusing the "science lady" schtick, its been good. They added some location-based side missions, pop-up arenas, and the side quests have been decent and somewhat memorable (unlike BL:TPS)
Price wise....if you didn't pull the trigger on day one you can probably wait for christmas-related sales. Getting one of the versions with DLC would be better.

Huh. That didn't take long for a price drop. Still holding for a better drop or (mainly) better performance updates.
Most of the performance update shit was PC players not PS5.
