- Enrollment is limited. Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card and then use same Card for qualifying spend. Only US-issued American Express® Cards are eligible.
- Limit of 1 statement credit per eligible Card Member account. If the Card Account is canceled or past due, it may not qualify to receive the statement credit(s).
- Qualifying Purchases
- Offer valid for purchases made directly with Frontier Airlines online at US website flyfrontier.com, or through the Frontier Airlines app. Flights must originate in the US. In-flight purchases, baggage, pets, cancellation and change fees, and Business and group travel are included. Excludes (i) travel insurance, car rentals, hotels, airport transfers, tours, activities, and (ii) gift vouchers. Offer valid only on purchases made in US dollars.
- Offer only valid on purchases made directly with the merchant. Offer not valid on purchases made using third parties, such as resellers, delivery services, or other intermediaries.
- Statement Credit
- Please allow 90-days after 12/31/2025 for the statement credit(s) to be posted to the Account, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.

Flew Frontier last year, no issues, plane had a cool animal painted on the tail, I like animals, good experience.
Just something to consider. If you're making a trip with deadlines and non-cancellable plans, it's cheap insurance to pay a little more for a legacy carrier. Or Southwest (aka Elliott Capital's Greedy Pet Project) if you still acknowledge them...

That's perfect for when they make you sit on the wing.
Unfortunately, I purchased my flight already from Frontier.
I checked my Delta AMEX and had this for Delta Stays:
Delta Stays
Spend $600 or more, earn $120 back
Expires 12/31/25
Not quite a flight, but Delta Stays does earn MQDs if they are in a promotion (which ends the 24th of this month right now), but they may bring it back.
