It's a bit more if you buy from the Ubiquiti store. They charge around $15 for shipping. Some MC stores have these available as open box for $223.96, too.

Typically, you get a 2 year warranty when buying directly from Ubiquiti and 1 year from other retailers. I don't know if that's worth $50...

I have one of these for my home network. It took some figuring out but it's not bad.

I ended up disabling the wifi and going with dedicated APs just because I wanted more power.

Otherwise this was a pretty solid device.
