Comments say smaller than 4". If you've never fought with a ripping dryer ducting that is just slightly too small to comfortably slide over the vent I don't suggest it.

If your installing this in your Attic, get something more robust way to much effort to crawl and dodge spiders to have this get crushed on you
Yeah, this really should not be for permanent installation, only for the connection from the machine to the vent opening. The permanent ducting should be solid, either metal or heat capable PVC, and as few pieces as possible. That minimizes air flow resistance and prevents buildup of lint.
