It hasn't worked for me for 3 weeks. Say "cannot duplicate account" customer service still hasn't contacted me about it after letting them know about it twice already.

im calling everyone other day and their only response " we can only open a ticket with IT" im considering hiring an attorney with other people who been affected to get to the bottom of this, I spend thousands every year at home depot,I've got hundreds in pro rewards and I cant access anything
