I have had VERY inconsistent experiences with BB Geek Squad refurbished. It took me literally 4 separate orders to get the correct model of iPad pro. they kept sending the wrong generation, wrong storage, or damaged units. Even the one I finally kept was wrong. I ordered 128GB wifi model and they sent 256GB LTE model, so I kept it.
