It's nice that this uses standard batteries that you can replace.

No more waiting for the flies to land to smash them! I got a moth and it stuck to the racket and got zapped into smoke. So incredibly satisfying!

I have a couple of these- they're fun and easy to use...but they don't kill the fly on contact. They stun the fly to where it falls to the ground.

You can release your inner killer and when you catch the insect, hold the button down until its body starts to smoke, then you know you killed it.

These are especially great for slow moving bugs, like the stink bugs currently seeking shelter from the cold up north.

i thought you use this to stun them and them throw them outside?

Depends on the size the of the fly/insect. These are great for mosquitoes and small flies. Kills on initial zap.

I don't know about the quality but the brand makes me think it's great just like how they made a $6 or something cheaper version of the chom chom pet hair cat roller

I spent good money on a good quality one on Amazon but it cost me like 30 bucks several years ago so I would definitely give this a shot

I think I had this model a few years ago. (it was definitely Black & Decker). It worked great until it didn't, but I don't think it was the product. I either left batteries in too long or that it was in the basement (humidity) - or a combination. I used it for a few years. No complaints! I bought another brand, but at this price, it is worth having an extra.

If there were a deal on one with the rotating head. . . spiders are fast!!
