I have one of these and I like it. That being said, they did issue a recall on these. Here's what looks to be the link.

Ok, someone who has owned one for years now. It gets hot, d'oh, do no touch when it's hot. When the water is done and you need more, WAIT. Take a 10 min break then fill up with water again. If it's still hot and you unlock the top, the steam will burn your hand.

People got burned it's why the recall came about. Be smart people.

It works really well and comes with attachments.

I paid like $21 from an open box on Amazon like 5 years ago.

First picture doesn't show an extension hose but others do. Either way, great product at this price . Be sure to use distilled water

I had one that was recalled and reimbursed after I cut the cord. You should check your serial number and model on Bissell's website to see if yours is included.

Steam cleaners are awesome. Managed to clean some hardwood floor stains that a traditional mop and bucket would never remove.

Can this be used to deep-clean pet stains on carpet? My pup had a diarrhea accident and while the enzymatic cleaner's done some work, I'd like to give it a deeper clean.
