I have one of these and I like it. That being said, they did issue a recall on these. Here's what looks to be the link.

Ok, someone who has owned one for years now. It gets hot, d'oh, do no touch when it's hot. When the water is done and you need more, WAIT. Take a 10 min break then fill up with water again. If it's still hot and you unlock the top, the steam will burn your hand.

People got burned it's why the recall came about. Be smart people.

It works really well and comes with attachments.

I paid like $21 from an open box on Amazon like 5 years ago.

First picture doesn't show an extension hose but others do. Either way, great product at this price . Be sure to use distilled water

I had a 3 in one steam cleaner that was way to heavy for me to be able to use. This looks much more manageable and easier on the pocketbook!

I've got the same dilemma. The 2 year warranty is nice, but the Grant's looks to definitely include the hose. Can anyone who purchased the Bissell last week let us know if the hose was included?

Never found these things more useful than just using the right cleaning product and a brush or microfiber. Maybe my place isn't dirty enough.

I got mine today and the box is for model number 39n7v but they used cardboard tape to cover it and replace it with model 4155.

Everything in the box it for model 4155 so I guess they just had extra boxes for the other model that they wanted to use.

Got mine today. Only had the attachments in the first picture. The body itself looks like it has several lines running along from the inside, like cracks are developing from the inside... anyone else have that? The outer surface is smooth. Guess it's just how that kind of cosmetic finish works...

Yeah, so I got mine yesterday and used it for a bit then and now again today. I'll be honest, it's not terribly more capable at being able to melt off grime, clean grout, etc., versus traditional cleaning, but yeah, it it helpful to get into tight spots, cracks and crevices, corners, etc.
