These are good for proofing pizza dough balls...just use a cling wrap or aluminum foil to cover it up!!! More or less same price at Costco Business Center everyday.

keep in mind that there are different grades of stainless steel and the cheaper kind will rust eventually.

Not made in USA, despite its name. I bought a pizza cutter from these guys and it was made in China. Looks like these bowls are made in India.
