Providing the panel has a back limiting diode (big if) is there anything against daisy chaining these together for more power?

It's more of a trickle charger for a battery camera. It's a max of 5W so most sunny days from 11am-3pm it'll get close to that 5W, but outside of that it'll get much less.

Depends on seasonality and climate don't you think? Seeing how I'm in Texas, I don't think that's an issue but YMMV

If you DIY it, why not? It will just be outputting 5v, so just like other solar panels decide series/parallel etc;

Daisy chaining was the wrong term. I don't want more volts just more amps. so parallel.
In for 3! You can only add 2 to cart but once its in cart you can change to 3.
