my biggest gripe about it was the cord length. it's 15 feet long, which seems fine,but in actual use it only feels like you can move about 10 feet from an outlet at any time. most vacuums let you plug in somewhere and vacuum 1.. 2.. sometimes 3 rooms without needing to switch locations, this one has you sometimes switching plugs within the same room. my fix was to buy a 25 foot extension cord, but it's a bit annoying having to do that.
again, this feels more like a handheld mini vacuum on a stick than anything else, but for 20 bucks it does fine
