600 joules surge protection is just above minimum to be called a surge protector. Good for nothing.
Small electronics require 1,000 to 2,000 joules protection.
No clamping voltage spec given

Why waste your money on garbage.

I dunno about others, I mostly use it as a multi-outlet for small gadgets (which I know won't trip the wire), not a surge-protector.
