Is this good for handling shrubs with thorns? Some of the gardening gloves I checked in Walmart is very flimsy

Even less if you're a veteran. Thanks for the heads up.

I got a similar pair few years ago from Milwaukee's free giveaways (thanks to Slickdeals), and overall I love it. The biggest gripe I have is it's actually quite a stiff pair of gloves, so it's difficult to pick up smaller objects or anything that requires fine motor skills, and it gets really warm and sweaty working in the heat, but the gloves have saved me so many times from getting cut and punctured. Would recommend regardless.

Even though my Home Depot Pro account has been magically reinstated, they are out of my size. Maybe OPT has enough good stuff to cover shipping.

I bought a pair of these, I think after Project Farm recommended them. They're really great gloves, but be warned, they are a bit stiff when you first get them. The plastic protective ribs do flex fairly naturally with the hand, but they take a ilttle bit of getting used to. I'd buy again at full price, so this is a hell of a deal.

Order big! I have a pair I've never used. They are mediums and fit tighter than a small IMO. Also like others have said...I would prefer less protection and a glove that's easier to use as they are stiff and thick. You are more likely to injure another part of your body when you drop the grinder wearing these thick bulky gloves 😂
