A lot of these are the same price as new physical copies. Depends on how you want you game, but I would always prefer a hard copy over digital.

You don't own digital goods, and video game preservation is notoriously bad. There have been plenty of games that have been delisted over the years, meaning that you can never download "your" game again once it's delisted. So, you have to install it before then, and keep it on your drive, taking up space forever. Not to mention that physical games are almost always cheaper, and last but not least, you can let friends borrow the games, or trade/sell them to recoup some money when you know you'll never play the game again. Physical just has so many more pros, compared to digital.

You either don't actually have a disc version PS5 or yours is defective. Mine, that I've had for about 3 years, is completely quiet (aside from the initial boot-up).

Physical was like 12 at target like 5 years ago. I dont game much, still haven't played it, it was like my 3rd game i got when i got a ps4

I do still buy my music physically
I have 140 games currently on my PS5. Some of them are indie, but probably at least 100 are not. I can't imagine having a stack of 100 game boxes in my room. Having everything digital is way too convenient for me and that convenience outweighs negatives. It's why I also only buy games on steam for PC.

Anyone have this list in order of price? I'm a cheap SOB and haven't payed more than $10 for a game in years. However, I surprisingly AM considering "Ghosts of Tsushima" right now since it's on sale and I've heard a lot of good things about it.

I use the exact same reasoning. On another note, how is "House of the Dead"? This certainly falls in line with my pricing?

Agree as well, except that I find way more sales and cheaper deals with DIGITAL games, which is why I own quite a few digital games. I'm so worried about what will happen to all my backlogged games if Sony changes their mind on games I haven't played yet. I can still play ALL of my PS1, PS2, and original NES games even though some of them are over 35 years old. Yes I need original hardware, but just knowing it can never be taken away adds a level of comfort.

Apologies for the late reply, I just got around to playing it today. The voice acting and dialogue is still cheesy as heck, which can be a positive or negative depending how you look at it. I personally thought the gyro aiming was a bit too sensitive, however I didn't check if that can be changed in the options. I still had my fair share of fun and for $2.50 I can't complain. It has two separate trophy lists so you can get two separate platinums if thats your thing.
