I actually had a scare with my Steam Deck, it was stuck in a power loop and wouldn't boot. Tried many different chargers, tried removing the back and disconnecting the battery, tried all kinds of crap I was finding online. It wasn't until I plugged it into the 140w port of my INUI power bank that it turned back on.
