Please do a minimum of research before posting these deceptive deals. This is not a dual suspension ebike.

Getting close! Atleast they didnt make it look like a moped or motorcycle (which at this power, it is)

I wish they released eBike kits to retrofit existing mountain bikes for ~$250

I've had this bike for a couple of months. It's my third e-bike over the last dozen years and I think it's an insane value. The only mod I've made is upgrading brakes to Shimano hydraulic for $30. My charger was DOA and they refinded me enough money to buy a new one within 2 days. Truly a pleasure going up really steep hills. It has pedal assist from 0-10 and I never have to go above 2. Cops are not gonna stop a bike unless you are also doing something crazy like riding on the sidewalk at high speeds, stealing pedestrian bags, driving recklessly on the street, etc. It allows them to confiscate your bike so you stop being a d*ck. Japan, China, Israel and other countries all have zillions of these all over the place and they are not blowing up and catching on fire. US resists this tech and creates fear about these bikes in favor of ones that cost 5x.

I am really looking for an eBike I can use for 8% mile long grade in the hills of SF.

It needs to last a 30mi roundtrip and I really mean that because I'll be carrying groceries home up the grade, so if this eBike shi*s its pants on the return trip, I won't be able to make it back home EEK!

There are not even bus stops up the grade and I need to travel the grade twice - to and back from home

Is this one it?

Please let's not get into the legality or morality of this deal. Yes, these bikes aren't street legal and yes, you could get killed or kill someone if you drive like an assh*le.

The reason why there are so many new rules against ebikes is precisely because people drive like assh*les on these powerful eBikes.

assh*les are out there and they will be assh*les. Let's not add more to that list.
