Sweetwater is awesome. I don't mind them calling to make sure I got my order, and that I'm satisfied. It's a whole lot better than trying to call a retailer and find someone to address the problems when I have them. And it's much nicer having a specific person to call later if anything unexpected comes up.

Regarding unsolicited calls, I simply asked my representative not to call me between purchases. He put a note on my file and hasn't called once, other than a single call a few days after each purchase.

They really are the best in the industry right now. And this is a great deal on an upper midrange quality instrument.

I ordered Deoxit for scratchy / noisy pots from SW and damn if they didn't follow up with calls. Fortunately they stopped after a couple attempts.

I have the Sire S7 FM and everything about it is top notch, EXCEPT, the frets are so rounded that the high E string slides off the fretboard way too easily. I have Jet JS400 that plays better than my Sire, 4 Fenders, and my PRS. Granted, I had to get different pickups for my Jet guitar.
