the value of this would be if you could leave it where sunlight could hit it in the car or something, so in a situation you're always ready. the problem is you could not leave a battery in the car like this without expecting to destroy it. and if you left it out in the elements again not so great. I honestly think the best thing you could do is have a separate solar panel to charge your otherwise quality battery
