I had to buy a second windows 10 key after awhile as it wouldnt activate anymore when i tried again later on the same system after replacing the ssd. But it was lile 6$ or something so wasn't a big deal and hasnt been an issue since. If you replace too many parts or big components you might have to reactivate windows and it might not work then. You could probably call them and get it working but it wasn't worth 6$ to deal with them on the phone. The same issue probably applies with office if you have to reinstall it down the line.
