I got these from Costco in 2023 for around $25 a pair, surprised to see the original price is $60! I still haven't figured out a way to angle them and use without my eyes going blind. The magnets are strong but one of them came off on the first use because the glue was bad. One full charge didn't last for more than 20 minutes while I tried to change the car battery. I'd rather get a head mounted light and play music on my phone speaker. Red flash might be useful as a hazard light during the roadside repair but again, you'll have to wrap up the tire replacement within that 20 minutes.

I also got these at costco, and mine have some discrepancies compared to yours. I've used a pair of these for the better part of a day, listening to music AND having the lights on, on one charge. Specs say on high light + music, it should last 3.5 hours, I've probably stretched it a bit more than that, particularly with lights out when not needed or lower light settings. Plus, you can charge it while you're using it as well.

While I do agree that one speaker is only marginally better than a phone speaker, pairing the two provides a much more immersive experience than a phone.

Oh yeah, and I did also have to glue a couple of those magnets back on haha

Same here, got them from Costco for $10. They work just fine, nothing special.
