email used 12 months ago is eligible again for a new membership
Is it? I've been cycling my old email addresses used 3-4 years ago and the site still says "cannot create account" after asking me if I've had an account with this email before.
Edit: One of them finally works.

When it asked if you "look familiar" did you say no and it -still- blocked you from creating an account? Whenever you did it before that is.

Yep. Tried lying and saying No but if I do, it then says it cannot create an account and contact customer support. Somehow, the system is able to flag old accounts.
Costco actually flags if you're using the same home address or credit card and doesn't allow the new account.
