I do have this - ordered from Amazon for about the same price just over a month ago. For the price, I really can't complain; granted, I'm using this one in a warmer climate than my typical home. So, the water really isn't cold, and I don't need seat heat because I'd be sweating even more than normal. In a cooler climate/season, I'm sure I wouldn't be as much of a fan. Would buy again!

I am at Chicago land and have been using this kind of things for 10 years. No, absolutely no need to heat up the water as long as your house is normally heated.
