This is my first deal post! I'm seriously thinking about returning my used Asus 395+ 64GB 2-in-1 (bought for $2,049.99 at Best Buy) for this one. What do you all think?

Pretty good deal. You can get a 5070ti build much cheaper on lenovo.com stacking coupons. there's a build you can make using a pro 5i. Use the email coupon and EXTRAFIVE to bring it down to sub $1,700, then some people get targeted Cap1 offers CB for up to 26% (i have one) from Lenovo. All of that can get you a 5070ti pro 5i build for somewhere between $1,350 to $1,400 after tax.

Asus was my go to for mainboards... but every laptop, mini, or desktop I bought from them it was fraught with issues from dead pixels, crashing and bad components. Might be better now, but not adventurous enough to try them again. Now I go with Lenovo or maybe Dell. But my last Lenovo has issues, but most likely due to OS.

You do realize the 7 vs 5 are different right?

Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 12 2.8K OLED Touch Ultra 7 165U 64GB 2TB Laptop

Is that a pretty slick deal?

Yes, but probably not a $500+ difference for most people. the GPU, CPU and screen would be the same. Depends on how much you value build quality elements and RGB

Correct, but a $500+ difference is probably not worth it for more people considering the cpu, gpu and screen are the same. unless you really care about RGB and certain build quality elements.

How is 165U the same as 275HX?

Get it before the tariffs hit...except I need the battery life from forgoing the gfx card.

ASUS is also HORRENDOUS for warranty RMAs. They will just automatically deny you, blame you for accidental damage, blame you for the repair, yada yada etc.
