Captcha not working again.

After I enter my user name and password I get a captcha failed warning. This issue has happened fairly recently. I don't even see a captcha.

"CAPTCHA verification failed."

I was only able to log in by clicking "Complicated Password? Forgot Password?
We can send you an email with a magic link to log in Send magic link."

Edit: Still having the same issue 4 hours later.

Is this issue still happening for you? I was just able to successfully log in using the captcha in chrome and firefox.
If it is still happening for you, can you please try disabling all of your adblockers etc and see if that helps?

Yes I'm still having the issue. If I disable restrictions for this tab with the noscript add-on for firefox I can log in so something has changed recently. I normally wipe my cache and cookies daily.

I did try logging in from the home page with the same result.
