You literally just have to spray it with clear coat. You dont have to use ASA. I have PLA bird feeders that have been outside for 3+ years because I just spray them with Modpodge

Just a heads up: though PET-G is a little more UV resistant than PLA, it'll still degrade outdoors. PET-G parts tend to last about a year outdoors before they become brittle and start to disintegrate. If you need longer lasting parts, ASA is specifically designed for outdoor use. It needs to be printed from an enclosed printer, and you need to be mindful of the fumes, though (though not as bad as ABS). It's also more expensive at ~$20-$25/kg, but if it's an important part that needs to last a long time outdoors, ASA is the way to go.

I havent had any problems with Kingroon.
However, the particular colors of this set make anything you print with them look cheap.

Agreed. I like the white,black and grey but the colors are very washed out. As long as you use all kingroon colors I don't think it'll stand out too much. But if you start mixing and matching brands some sections will look nicer than others.

For those who are getting a blank page, I had to go directly to my Aliexpress app. I searched for 10-Pack 1kg KINGROON 1.75mm PETG Tangle-Free 3D Printer Filament and found the deal. You can only choose this color combo. The code worked fine for me.

I followed the exact recipe, yet it didn't work for me Frown I manually type AEG05 and AEGO5 (zero vs letter O), and neither of them applies the discount.

No, this is standard petg so prints slowly. I've used this kingroon before and it's very glossy which isn't my preference. It prints fine though, just too slow for me.

I have an A1, are you guys using the Generic PETG setting in Bambu Studio or modifying it?

I just purchased my first round of Kingroon PETG a few weeks ago and I have printed a few things with it so far. I had the same question as you for my A1 and searched around. I don't remember what it was that convinced me to first try the Bambu PETG Basic, but that's the one I used and it has worked great for me.

The attached image is one thing I printed. This was how it came off the printer. I didn't even dry the filament.

There are some differences in the Filament and Cooling settings between the Generic and Bambu PETG, so if one doesn't work out so well, it's absolutely worth trying the other.

Really? I've probably used 40 spools and no tangles... I have had issues with polymaker (they refunded) and awful experience with artillery.

I have issues with the majority of the deals posted, but not this one. Luck of the draw? Keep your eye out, Kingroon is my go-to filament.
