I ordered the NucBox G3 Plus with n150 for less than this during the summer.

Tariffs are screwing up prices.

Depends on your use case, but I'd give preference to the N100 or N150. The N97 may be barely faster, but the N100 uses half the power and thus runs cooler. And if you care about transcoding media (e.g. Plex server), N100 has AV1 hardware decoding.
If 12GB/512GB are sufficient, I think this is an excellent price for dual 2.5gig LAN and well under your $200 limit: https://www.amazon.com/Upgraded-D...B0F388KC4V

Remember that "half the power" equals only a few watts, though.
According to this thread [jellyfin.org], the N150 doesn't support AV1 hardware decoding. I assume the N100 is similar.

This thread [reddit.com] on Reddit confirms it.

True about only a few watts. I'm less concerned about the $2 a year in electricity and more about the thermals.
That thread is about AV1 encoding, not decoding. Encoding pretty much didn't start until Meteor Lake processors. But what I hadn't realized until now is that N95 and N97 also support AV1 decoding, so, my bad on that.

You're right about the encoding/decoding in those threads. But if you're running a Plex server, you need encoding, not decoding, right?
