This or powder flavored fruits. Powders fruits are the cheapest and saved the restaurant and smoothie shops a lot of money while selling to the consumers fake fruit smooties. That is why I make my own smoothies now at home with real fruits, no added sugar and a whole lot healthier. Invest in a expensive blender and the blender will pay for itself 100 folds within a year.
More sugar than mango according to the ingredient list:WATER, SUGAR, MANGO PUREE, DEXTRIN (SOLUBLE DIETARY FIBER), NATURAL FLAVORS, GUAR GUM, BETA CAROTENE

I wonder if most restaurants used this instead of a real fruit when you order Fruit Smoothie (but charge you an arm and a leg.)

This stuff looks nasty. I would never buy this. Just my opinion. I rather spend the $13 on 10 or more on real mangoes produced in Mexico. Cut and freeze the sliced mangoes. You can probably get like 20 plus mangoes when they go on sale for 50 cents each.

Flavor and texture are good. It's not a health drink and it pales in comparison to making a real fruit smoothie, which is both more expensive and time consuming. I use it with the Slushi for alcoholic beverages. If you're downing one a day then worry about diabetes. One every so often or for a party with a bunch of people and you'll be fine.
With regards to making smoothies, I buy the big bag of frozen mango chunks from Costco and it's just mango. Throw a handful in your smoothie along with whatever else you want. Sweet and no extra sugar, water or other chemicals. I think this stuff is better for mango-flavored cocktails.

Buy high quality canned mango puree from an Indian store. They sell versions without added sugar (or those with 4gm of added sugar per serving).
They are inexpensive and probably lot more healthier and tastier than this.
