Our fridge for 12+ years just gave up and we purchased this deal. Confirm that it works. Stack $100 off when you buy 2 appliances. We bought a TCL TV for 399 and got 100 off.

Great deal.

I'm usually a "user error" and "lack of proper maintenance" mindset when it comes to consumer goods and appliances so I gave LG a try. Six months of failed repair attemps resulted in them buying back the fridge.

While the majority of my appliances are LG, and I've been very happy with them, I typically go by Consumer Reports ratings. Buuuuut, even according to them, you might have a point here:

Consumer reports gives this fridge a 75/100, with an average price of $1999.

Lowest ratings in that report are for the crisper performance (1/5) and predicted reliability (45/100).

This is great, how can I remove the fridge and add a stove instead that qualifies for the $500 savings?

I've an age old Kenmore, the repair guy that came out to fix it said, he's seeing lots of issues with Korean brands, just stick to local brands like Maytag.

How long ago was this? Apparently they've improved the design in the last year or two.
