I recently lost a bunch of weight and as a result, lost most of my a$$, making sitting for long periods very painful.
To add, I have a desk job which results in me sitting (although I do use my standing desk, just not for 8 hours/day).
This cushion helps a lot. I might just get another as a backup.

You should try doing banded glute bridges, monster walks, and squats. Same deal for me, except I have gluteal amnesia. Seat cushiona obviously helps a ton with tailbone pain.
