I got the same message an hour ago but now able to place the order in FL
It is still showing 19.99 for me as of this moment 10/14/2025 03:56pm eastern.. Though I already purchased one couple of days ago. I guess they still wanna market to less likely buyers to purchase second one to get their sales going.
