Hard to compare the bluetti to the delta series when a big selling point on the delta series is their expandability, but if that doesn't matter to you, then sure, the bluetti is a good option.
By the way, the Elite100V2 can be expanded indefinitely if you rig it properly. You can get unlimited capacity for a relatively low cost. Check YouTube . There's a video that explains how to do it. And yes, the expansion battery does charge and discharge along with the internal one. Basically, you're connecting another 48V battery in parallel with the built-in battery.

I have both the D3+ and the Elite100V2. They're comparable in terms of pros and cons, and both are among the best in their class. That said, I prefer the D3+ for road trips and camping because it has two DC inputs, which gives you a bit more flexibility.<br />

To your point, the non-plus does not support dual solar, so if that fringe scenario is important to you, then yes, the bluetti is a better option.
