The delta 3 plus is $100 more. For just an extra solar port and more usb ports, it might have been worth it at the MSRP of $799 vs $899. At $379 vs $479, I opted for the non plus.

Does this only have a 2 year warranty from Allstate, or can you register it with Ecoflow for a 5 year warranty?

Ecoflow warranties their refurbs for 5 years as long as you buy from their official eBay store. Same for Bluetti.

I've ordered 3 over the past 2 years. Only 1 was doa and it was replaced quickly after I reached out and provided video. The other 2 have been working as expected

Is there any way to see how many charge cycles a unit has had? (if yes, how many cycles did your units have upon receipt?)

This is not the Delta 3 Plus.

The D3 Plus is comparable to, or on the same level as, the Elite100v2, which was available brand new at this same price just a few days ago.

So, let's break it down: you're paying the price of a brand-new high-tier model for a low-tier refurbished one.

This is nowhere near a good deal

Hard to compare the bluetti to the delta series when a big selling point on the delta series is their expandability, but if that doesn't matter to you, then sure, the bluetti is a good option.

I have both the D3+ and the Elite100V2. They're comparable in terms of pros and cons, and both are among the best in their class. That said, I prefer the D3+ for road trips and camping because it has two DC inputs, which gives you a bit more flexibility.

I've never seen the D3+ drop below $300. I got mine from Wellbots for $530, no tax.

Just to clarify, the NON-PLUS version , which is the model being discussed here. It doesn't support battery expandability or dual solar input like the PLUS version does.

By the way, the Elite100V2 can be expanded indefinitely if you rig it properly. You can get unlimited capacity for a relatively low cost. Check YouTube . There's a video that explains how to do it. And yes, the expansion battery does charge and discharge along with the internal one. Basically, you're connecting another 48V battery in parallel with the built-in battery.

This was informative as I looked into it and found the same details.

Delta 2 supports expansion right out of the box, that's not limited to the plus line. No "rigging it properly" required. Right there on p.10 of the user manual: https://websiteoss.ecoflow.com/cm...821323.pdf

To your point, the non-plus does not support dual solar, so if that fringe scenario is important to you, then yes, the bluetti is a better option.
