If you do buy it, PUT A FUSE ON IT. These are made from whatever crap China has on hand, so very inconsistent.
This specific brand (as long as you're buying it from a legitimate seller/actual manufacturer) -- is a very high quality, reliable LiFePO4 battery. It includes EVE cells and all manufacturing is of good quality.
For a thorough breakdown and cut-open on this brand, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O9HfhnH
Note that in the promo linked by the OP, there are a variety of coupons for higher-priced batteries as well (not limited to the 100AH version).

I have a Eco-Flow 12v 100ah I am wanting to pair this with to go 24v 100ah, but want to make sure I am not going to blow my house up.

You can find 30v x 10a supplies for $50 on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0C1SHSPPJ
One of the reasons I prefer these regulated power supplies is because I can extend the life of the battery by charging slower or to the exact voltage (accurate to within a hundredth volt) which helps me get to 90% or 95% and maximize the power while also the battery life (keeping the battery between 20-90% SoC will typically double the number of charges).
With that power supply, you can also do things like top-balance or charge individual 3.6v cells (eg- open your tool batteries and fix off cells), or many other purposes, either constant current (raising the voltage to sustain the current) or constant voltage (typical use). They are point-and-click easy, it just takes 10 minutes to get comfortable with them.
If you'd like more details on charging voltages/curves, let me know and I'll post them.
However, if you just want a very reliable 15a x 24v charger, I've had amazing success with this $25 charger. I'm astounded at how good this is, despite the low price: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0DYNN76TH

I have seen those nicer power supplies, but have not really had a use for one. If I get deeper into this, I will keep that one in mind as a starter unit.
