I bought one of these and use it behind our bed to power lamps on our bedside tables, integrated with Lutron Pico remotes for remote switching on the bedside tables, as well as from a wired Lutron Caseta dimmer at the bedroom doorway that controls the both the bedside lamps and a light kit on an overhead paddle fan, all through Home Assistant. We use the USB ports to charge phones bedside as well.
Two of the outlets are used in "dumb" (always on) mode to power a clock radio and alarm clock (yes, we still have those 🤪). Our ~60 year old house doesn't have many outlets in the bedrooms, so this is a life saver. I also have an automation set up to turn lights on in the bedroom at bedtime, as well as the overhead ceiling fan. Good product.
My one experience with the TP link outlets is that they were always losing wifi connection and basically being a pita. Have they improved? I have my entertainment center I would like to keep turned off except when I want to listen to music/watch a bluray.

How much more would it cost to just max out the USB plugs to 100+w for the C and 30w for the A
