Our rating went from 5 star for power to minus ten after a mere 50 uses.for the engineering defect of faulty power head bearings which Dyson refuses to own.
Dyson screwed every owner of their Multi-floor Origin. Ours was only used once a week for a downstairs guest bedroom. No pets, very light duty.
$400 for a vacuum that heads for the trash bin after 50 uses. You decide.
