About this item:-
Magnesium glycinate is good, lysinate glycinate is even
better. Fortified and carried by not one but two amino acids, our
supplement takes the most direct route into your system, making for much
faster absorption and no upset stomach.
-
Beyond faster absorption, magnesium
glycinate lysinate offers the added benefits of each amino. Glycine has
been known to help support brain, sleep, and liver functions, while
lysine may help support bones and muscles.
-
Our magnesium glycinate supplement is not buffered
with fillers or additives and is vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and
soy-free. We believe composition is everything, and every formula is
doctor-approved.
-
Magnesium is crucial to overall wellness, and our
supplement is specially formulated to aid with supporting healthy,
restful sleep and relaxation by helping regulate melatonin, cortisol,
and muscle function.

Once I am done I will look for another brand. Just FYI.
Magnesium supplement dosage isn't something most can determine by "trying"

By my math, $19 for that Kirkland's bottle is about the same unit price as this post, so if you've been wanting to get Magnesium, I'd suggest you get it from Costco if it's around $19 at your store.
I got 120 tabs of 500mg ALCAR for just under $10 with Subscribe & Save; there's some decent deals on methylated b vitamin compounds, too.
That being said, it's probably very difficult to know what the country of origin is for many of the supplements and food ingredients we consume as the laws are pretty lacking.

Now Brands is a very reputable company that does appear to be American and family-owned. Source: https://www.healthline.
This is Doctor's Best. It was apparently acquired in 2016 by a Chinese company. Source: https://www.nutraingred
I know I have bought supplements from Doctor's Best company since then without trouble. That's not to say they're as good as Now, especially for things other than your ordinary letter vitamins, etc.--Now is my "go to" for inexpensive supplements, too. If I had a better budget, I'd prob just buy everything from Now or Thorne or Jarrow. But as is--will try them again.

This is Doctor's Best. Not Now Brands. They were bought awhile ago but they had recently changed the sourcing of some of their products to China and they had also changed their labeling. A lot of people who are into supplements are leery of products that are sourced in China due to lax quality control where toxic minerals sometimes find their way into the products.
