Are there different versions of the dunlop wah?

edit: doing a little research. looks like the gcb95 is the standard wah. looks like dunlop makes about six different models.

Lowest price since 2021. Now I just need to find a deal on a DigiTech Whammy pedal.

I highly recommend Dunlop Cry Baby 95Q Wah Pedal. This one doesn't have a switch in the front and automatically engages when you press the pedal. The pedal initially forced to stay high. When you step it, it activates and I think this is very convenient. You buy these things rarely. Something to think about. I think the switch in the front is annoying. During a live play, if you don't press hard, sometimes it doesn't engage.

What's not to get. He's suggesting a different model that doesn't have the switch engagement that this one does because the 95Q is easier to use and more reliable to activate the effect.

I think I paid this much for this pedal in early 1970's. Used it for decades in bands and it always worked well. In the 2000's I played solo acoustic and converted it to a volume pedal which can be done with a correctly placed jumper cable. It's easily reversible and I left myself instructions inside the pedal how to do it because I knew I would not remember how to.

After listening to the dunlop rep video on amz i would want the 95q model for auto pedal return and custom tweaking of the waaah. This one here is based on the original model from the late 60s. A good pedal to be sure
