Posted my experience in another thread, but figured I should update it here.

I now have 4 Infimobile lines between family members (3 on Verizon, 1 on T-Mobile). Service is great across both networks and porting in was easy. Porting out required a 25 minute phone call, but they gave accurate information. My father lost his phone earlier this year and it took 3 days of persistent calls/voicemails to get a replacement e-sim and they also charged $7 IIRC. Long story short, it works great especially for the price but don't expect stellar service if you should need it.

I forward my google voice number to whatever number they give me which lets me sign up for these "new customer" deals and even have both numbers ringing from google voice at the same time for a period of changeover. I also pick an area code very different than the one of my main number so it's obviious if a caller is dialing my google voice number or the infinimobile number. I use a call blocker to just blacklist the infinimobile area code nowadays as I know no one from that area code. They can leave a voicemail if it's important.

If you get a weird error when activating your sim try picking the most popular zip code for your state(or the state you are using). I had a case where the zip code I was giving it was the issue but it didn't tell me that. States will lower populations get less spam calls. The same goes true for picking low population cities that have their own area code.

My current Infimobile 12 month plan will end in about 1 month. Can current Infimobile customer sign up for these discounted 12 month plan offers?
I did with 1 line it was no problem at all on the 2nd yr now. I am planning on adding another shortly I just brought this deal last week for a family member it arrived in no time I don't know if that is because I already had/have one line with them though as I recall when I 1st got infi I did have to wait for the stuff. I couldn't be happier with service going out in NE Texas friends have Att and Verizon while they lose service while I never do.

Got this price a week ago and ported number from red pocket. it went smooth, just needed a short chat with red pocket for them to release the number, took no more than 1 hour total to get the esim code. My phone now only shows infimobile on the top left corner, never t mobile or verizon, how do i know which network i'm using?
Look at APN settings in connection, mine says verizon Internet.

Cheaper on amazon - infi website total was $133 including tax/fee/standard shipping of the sim card. Amazon was only $106 and its coming quicker. Amazon also had a coupon.

Would this work seamlessly on an ipad? I am more interested to use the data plan on this while travelling.

Dang, i got more paid phone plans that i have phones, so not in the market...but on amazon, this thing is showing as $112 and there is a 10% off promotion to redeem. when i go all the way to check out, it's showing $100.80 plus tax. That's pretty dang good.
I've never used infimobile as a main line, so I can't be sure there are never problems, but i do have 2 phones running the infimobile 12 month/5GB plans that I got for $60 a while back and they've both worked great when I've used them...

Going to give this a try. My mom passed away recently but we need to keep her phone active for family and friends for at least a year. Currently she is on consumer cellular for $30 a month now and has very little usage (obviously).

Thanks for the info.

this should be perfect. what's with the elderly and consumer cellular? (I'm 55, so i get that a lot people would lump me in that group!), but both my parents and my wifes parents are on consumer cellular. i have showed all of them much cheaper, better plans, even set them up only to find out later that they secretly ended up back on consumer cellular. they are weirdly convinced that it's the cheapest option, even when i prove to them otherwise.
good luck, and sorry about your mother.

How much are you paying per month now ? I'm assuming this discounted plan will go back to $25 a month after one year

I searched all RedPocket post history and can't find a prior offer for a $40 annual plan. Do you have a link?

Can confirm $100.80. This is the best deal to date. Just add your local sales tax and your OTD. Just ordered.

I have about one month left on the Infimobile 12 months plan that I paid for $100. It was the 10GB per month deal. I bought it last November. The deal right now for 15GB per month for $112 is great as well.

Had it for two years. First year. Every few weeks 4x had to talk to customer service, phone said I'm texting too much and service unavailable. No calls allowed. Customer service always helped. Live chat immediately... This year since April, new phone number, new Sim... No issues whatsoever.... While I understand the customer service can't be as good as verizon or at and t..... Their live chat people helped me immediately....

Anyone know how long you can keep these cards before activating it? I still have about 5 months on my free xfinity service plan
